Email Subject: Immigration Canada’s Expulsion of US Family, after 15 years of residency in Canada, is outrageous and disgraceful Trumpian behaviour.

Dear Mr. MacDonald:

As a Canadian and one of your constituents, I am appalled that Canada is deporting a family to the United States, as reported by CTV News, today. How shortsighted and inhumanely arrogant can our present federal government possibly be?

Please reassure me, by reply email, that you intend to do all in your power to prevent such an obviously unjust and politically odious outcome from occurring on your watch and during your party’s term in office.

For my part, I intend to suggest to all my family and friends that they submit a similar message of admonishment to their own member of parliament requesting a corresponding promissory reply email.
