The casual viewer might note alluding compositional elements; however, the overall effect is an entirely different perspective and pronouncement regarding the possible outcome of a human life. Late in winter, when snow struggles to hold its icy grip, the beauty of obscure orchid fields in PEI heralds late summer fruit. A short step of further existential inquiry and one may glimpse a mystery so deep – yet so evident – that it makes the loving heart sing, in a place where fear has been displaced by faith. “Oh death, where is thy sting?”
